    BreezeMail is based on the principle of the "three basket system" very common in businesses, where a stack of three baskets would be on a desk for handling incoming/outgoing mail. In BreezeMail the baskets are called "boxes" and are used in this way:

    - IN BOX: New mail (unopened) always arrives in this box.

    - PENDING: Contains mail that you have opened but not yet answered. It also contains mail you have sent out that is awaiting an answer.

    - OUT: Contains outgoing messages, or answers you have written (normally this box will show as empty because the mail is sent immediately in BreezeMail).

    There are two extra boxes that extend beyond the three box system:

    - PRE-SORT: For automatically filtering out spam or other unwanted emails.

    - CABINET: Contains the full listing of all emails received and sent.
