As such, ConvertShellcode comes with the necessary functions to disassemble shellcode into assembly language instructions.

    One first note is that the application is only capable of running from a command line interface, and doesn’t comes with a GUI. Adding formats is the way to go, with result delivered in the same window, and exporting done through dedicated commands as well.

    The core purpose of the program is to disassemble the code into sets of instructions in the assembly language. This can come in handy for creating specific commands for particular machines or devices, either by feeding the assembly language instruction set directly, or compiling it into a supported format. On the other hand, it can serve for better identifying instructions inside shellcode.
