Almost every aspect of Windows can be customized, and cursors make no exception. For a new theme, Machine Cursors can change the default configuration with new, animated pointers.

    The downloaded package contains all new pointers, as well as the means, and instructions to install them. Sure enough, this can be manually done by opening up the Mouse Properties panel from the Control Panel, and switching to the Pointers tab to change pointers one by one. However, this can take quite some time, but comes in handy in case only a few need to be changed.

    An alternative, and the easy way to deploy the set of pointers is to open up the context menu on the Scheme.INF file, and choosing to install. A visit to the Mouse Properties panel still needs to be made, because the theme doesn’t automatically switch to the new configuration.
