  • FUJIFILM Tether Plugin PRO for GFX is a plugin that addresses professional and amateur photographers alike who prefer to work with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Lightroom (Classic CC/ 6) for post-processing the images. The idea behind the tool is to automatically transfer photos taken with a Fujifilm camera to Lightroom or Photoshop catalog whenever the device is connected.

    The plugin comes with two modes, namely Camera and PC that allows you to control shooting on camera from the computer. As you probably hinted, in Camera Mode you can take pictures that are automatically transferred and you can easily adjust exposure, shutter release and other similar settings. In PC Mode, you can access a camera remotely – that should be available in the LIVE VIEW window – and check viewfinder images, operate the camera or adjust any settings on the computer screen.

    It is important to note that the plugin solely works with cameras that support the tethering features, namely FUJIFILM X-T2,  FUJIFILM X-T1 or FUJIFILM GFX 50S. At the same time, to avoid any inconveniences, it is advisable to check if the camera is updated to the latest firmware and that no other camera control application other than this one is running.
