    As its name makes it quite apparent, it’s designed specifically for blocking (or covering) annoying face cams on streams or other types of videos. However, there’s nothing really stopping you from using the app for any other purpose in this sphere, as the possibilities are literally endless.

    Since the application is portable, it does not need installation, and it should work on most versions of Windows from XP onward. To get started with FaceCam Cover, simply download the archive from our secure servers, unzip the package, and run the single executable file found within.

    Once started, you’ll notice a small black “window” on your computer’s desktop. This square-shaped window can be dragged anywhere on the screen. Despite its simplicity, hovering the mouse over its GUI will reveal a series of useful shortcuts. You can close the escape using the ALT + ESC combination, click the GUI in order to drag it anywhere you like, and click and drag one its edges in order to resize it. There’s also a small menu easily accessible by right-clicking the window.

    If you feel crafty, then you can access the app’s tray menu and select “Create INI” to change the color and add a clock to the app’s interface.
