  • Well, the name pretty much says it all about this program. It is a radio player...and that's about it. Packed with an outstanding two main buttons, a list of stations and little to no features, Really Simple Radio is just that, really simple.

    Its main function, as with all the other programs of its type, is to play the radio via the internet. The difference between this one and all the others is that it is little more than a "play" and "stop" button.

    When you open it, you have a black window with two tabs. The first one is called "Discover New Stations" and it gives you suggestions on what station to listen to. The second one's name is "All Stations," where you have a list of all the stations it is connected to.

    Simply put, nothing. You can click on a station from whichever tab you would like and it will start playing it. You can click on a different one in order to switch between them or you can click on the "x" button next to the current one in order to stop it from playing.

    Aside from this, it literally does nothing else. You cannot create a favorites list, you cannot adjust the volume from it, you do not even have a settings or options menu.

    To be fair, it does what it is advertising. It is a radio player and it is simple to use. For people who are not very good with technology, it can actually be good, as you can listen to a radio station with one simple click.

    For anyone else, I honestly do not see why you would go for this application instead of any other. It has no customization options and no features, and even though it is free, that does not help it at all.
